With over 15 years of experience in the adtech industry, Gena is an accomplished leader with a proven track record of driving business growth, building top-performing teams, and shaping go-to-market strategies for innovative products. Her extensive background in sales leadership and deep knowledge of the advertising ecosystem make her a perfect fit to lead our West region as we continue to expand and strengthen our market presence.

Gena’s career has spanned several high-impact roles, starting as a seller before quickly advancing into leadership positions. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, Client Partnerships at Infillion, where she oversaw the West and Central regions. Prior to that, Gena held senior roles at companies such as true[X], RadiumOne, Specific Media, and even Microsoft, where she honed her expertise in programmatic, CTV, video, agency, and brand-direct sales.

Throughout her career, Gena has excelled at scaling revenue across both managed and programmatic channels, fostering key relationships with agencies and brand-direct clients, and leading high-performing sales teams across a variety of verticals. Her wealth of experience is a perfect fit  to continue accelerating growth and impact in the West.

Based in Seattle, Gena is already collaborating with our teams and developing innovative strategies to drive sales and grow our footprint in the region. We’re excited about the fresh perspective and energy she brings to our sales leadership team.

When she’s not working, Gena enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and two dogs at their home just outside of Seattle. Her diverse background and balanced approach to work and life make her an inspiring addition to our team.
